This is my take on the Peachy Keen Challenge 07. Requirements were to use the color purple, a zig-zag and pumpkin. All of my cardstock is from my stash, stickers are from Jolee's and Fiskars, the pumpkin face stamp is from Peachy Keen of course and I also used a few brads and ric-rac. Just another simple card until I can get through this very busy month :)

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 06
Happy Birthday Wishes Bag
I whipped this up this morning for Challenge 06 for Peachy Keen Stamps. We could make any project using any Peachy Keen Face Stamp. I got this little bag template from Martha Stewart. I just love it and use it for many occassions since the shape is very versatile. The flower punch is from Sizzix, sticker from Karen Foster, ribbon & paper from my stash and of course the face stamp from Peachy Keen Stamps. PK-505 Too Much Fun Faces 3/4". Also I must say to all who read about my rained out garage sale last week....we actually got to get one good day in. We only pulled in a little under $200, but better than I expected! Now I have to concentrate on my two youngest's b-days! One is August 4th and the other August 7th! So close together....August seems so busy for me as we have their birthdays, family reunions, lots of football practices and of course back to school shopping! I'm hoping that in September it will slow down a bit and I can get a little more creative!

Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge 05
Ok, so for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to get ready for a yard sale. We've been pulling stuff from everywhere.....I just don't know how I've collected all these things! Anyways...I absolutely hate having garage sales, but it all had to go! I haven't had much time to work on a card, but I had a great idea with the little gingerbread girl stamp (...forgive me Kathy, but I'm not in my craft room at the moment and can't remember her correct name). So anyways... in my few spare minutes I had between the garage sale and my 3 kids, I was stamping this little gingerbread on different papers, cutting her to piece her together, adding paint & embellishments here and there and when I got her all done, she was just too cute. I started to pull paper to make her card and that's when it hit me...I had been thinking of last weeks sketch! I quickly go to the computer last night to confirm and sure enough this weeks sketch would not work with her...ugh!!!! So on top of it pouring buckets of rain for our yard sale (which I had been working on for what seemed like forever lol) now on top of that my little gingerbread girl won't work :( So very quickly this morning I came up with my take on THIS WEEKS sketch....lol. Just plain and simple and quickly thrown together. Not proud, but it's a card right??? So simple that I only used Colorbok paper and Studio G stamps with a few brads. I'll save my little gingerbread girl and hopefully I'll get to use her on the next Peachy Keen card or sometime real soon!

Sunday, July 12, 2009
This is my take on the Peachy Keen Challenge 03. I'm trying to get started early on my holiday cards, so I thought it would be cute to use the Peachy Keen Stamps "Snow Faces" PK-520. Other materials used were DCWV, brads, ric-rac, stitching, Studio G stamps and Cuttlebug "Swirls" embossing folder. This card was alot of fun to make & I can't wait to see what the next sketch will be!
